Sacral Chakra Meditation Circle

Tuning into the sacral chakra and creating space for joy during the holiday season. 

Join Erika, as we work with the orange ray to harmonize this chakra which is linked to our emotions, pleasure center, and creativity. 

We will be led in a guided meditation 

to connect to this nurturing, feminine energy that is expressed through connecting to our inner child. 

We will call in joy and a sense of peace with some gentle reiki energy given by Erika, to harmonize your chakras.
